要去日本玩...用GOTOGATE訂了機票....打完乘客名單..刷了卡...寄來一份收據和確認信..乘客名單都是正確的....但是他們給我的另一份MY TRIP PAGE中名字有錯...發現有一位的名字PEI...變成了PEL了....後來去日航的確認機位...也是錯的...寫信給GOTOGATE請他改正...因為很明顯是他們這一段出了錯....結果寫了兩次信都回我.. Minor typing errors, such as a few letters being incorrect should not be a problem, as long as it's not the first letter in your surname or given name. 不就是貪便宜然後衰小了就上來「強烈」建議大家不要用某某網站,那麼為什麼不直接跟官網買呢?因為貴?呵呵呵

對啊...沒有經驗加貪小便宜...但是還是很多人使用相關的網站購買...我也只能提醒大家不要去gotogate....但其實還是有好的願意負責的網站...另外也是一種分享...淘汰不好的網站啊

我不太懂網頁的東東...只是一個使用者...但是目前是以電郵和他灰~~~結論都是 1.是我打錯的 2.航空公司不充許更改 太扯了...還可以賴我...他們給我的兩份文件...收據上是的姓名是對的...可是行程表上的是錯的...行程表上有航空公司的訂位查號...如果是我打錯..應該兩份都是錯的才對.. 另外...有我的訂位號碼去日本航空查一下就知道可不可以改名了...一直在騙人 航空公司說一定要由他們申請改名...唉~~

我跟你有相同的問題, 強烈建議不要再透過Gotogate. 訂票系統有問題 回復超級慢 很且沒有誠意要解決問題 就是拖到你自己受不了 為止 Very bad service. I book the flight ticke for whole family, including my 1 years old girl. I put right name to make reservation. But Gotogate put wrong name on ticket. i called their service center 4 time in 3 days. but they didn;t do anything. and just sent me a email 3 days later. and said name changed is not allowed. so ridiculous, they just don't want pay for that. (I told thme i check with airline , airline told me my gril will not allowed to board with wrong given name). i told gotogate people too. but their email feedback, just said if the missing name is middle name. we can still use the ticket to board. I wrote complained email. and no any feedback after one day. i don;t want wait another 3 days to get their stupid reply. i re-book the ticket for the infant by myself. i will never use Gotogate again.

今天是12/22號..經過五次的來回書信...結論是....我方錯了....因為我幫別人訂的..朋友把I打成了l了..我直接複制貼上的結果下....不細看看不出來.. 我在此向gotogate道歉...

Gotogate complain letter. To Whom it may concern, I am here writing for the whole process to investigate back what’s wrong with this booking orderKX2- -M ( booking reference: NMP- - (22/6/2019), then change to NMP- -(CX)(listed as a airline check in reference dated on 11/9/2019),and then got confirmed again which listed out two numbers (Cathy Pacific: NMFP- - Air Newzealand: ZTJN- - dated on 14/9/2019 )of this one particular order number: KX 2- -M with your company. I remembered when I inserted my name is the surname goes first and that will be make sense it shown on the document are the same. It is so strange that the email confirmation and the websites under my bookings, my name are spelled correctly and same order sequence on both ordering person and Adult under traveler, but on the email confirmation at the column of passenger, it shows the surname and first name got switched, but my name shows the same sequence as the ordering person up above. Further info Please see the linked below and also refer the email confirmation dated on 22/6/2019. I strongly believed it was a mistakes and technical issues of this faulty system for what it shown up above which apparently not logic and it is unfair with all the clarification, wrong display and documents which I have to take full responsibility and got advises from your company that I have to agree and cancelled it, then charged me for cancellation at the end. I fly with different airlines in the past and had multiple booking experience online but never experienced things like that! And then I moved on to check my payment, your system indicated surname insert first and then the first name, it generated to the next page and my name was shown on the air passenger which the position got switched but the payment info of my name sequence was correct listed. Therefore, the payment did went through with my personal information at the first input with no problem and HKD$6215 being charged which it transferred on 22nd June 2019 at 12:58a.m. Your confirmation email was received at the same time and date as well. According to up above evidences, It is truly and obvious whether your website system was flawed and faulty. Also the display It shows not in a logic way on top of the letter head and the traveller info also shown reversely. This totally was a truck and it doesn’t an make any sense, it listed out on two of your provided document. Your company shouldn’t use such a dubious websites and tricks me and making money out of this way. Another suspicious point was having two booking reference number(Cathy Pacific: NMFP- -Air New Zeland: ZTJN- -) and I was following your guideline once I received the confirmation on 22/6/2029 and downloaded CheckMyTrip.com for details of latest changes. And then until I was planning changes and would like to manage my booking on the airline websites to add other services. I discovered the booking reference is impossible to login to Air New Zealand. And it has another reference ( ZTJN - -) and further I checked through the airline hotline and discovered this. I was back and forth to seek for solution of the non useful booking number and emailed your company, eTrackNr:40098745 eTrackNr:40057507 eTrackNr:40098745 eTrackNr:40117187 After 40117187 this conversation, your side resent all the travel documents to me with the same number but finally got a ticket numbers, then I be able to checked myself and sending another message regarding this name switched issue. The Information I got from air New Zealand airline website insists me contact your company to change it for me, they said it has to be doing it this way. While what I received the confirmation from you was a negative and no answer. eTrackNr:40126393 And the last response from 40226393 by Gambhir S indicates I will be ok for this situation while I already emphasis on the email I need to change according to the airline, I could have risk and not be able to on the plane deal to names aren’t matched with the passport. But his response was terribly irresponsible and I decided to talk directly to your company on phone. Therefore, I called on Phone: +852 3008 1583 ( gogogate phone hotline in hk), last Thursday at 3:06 and 3:30 twice. First time I called in and look for Services in English, the person who pick up the phone speak terribly English even I had input my phone number first and using a slow speed to say out the order number and my full name, he wasn’t able to understand. I have to say aloud slowly with each initial with a word so he could understand. And then I try to tell him the problem I was having and asking for name changes patiently, he said need some time to check then let me wait for quite awhile, afterwards he said he can’t see anything and need some more time plus a goodbye and want to hang the phone up. He didn’t answer any single question I was asking . He is absolutely rude for not able to understand my concern. The whole duration for this phone call was 22mins. I have nothing to clarify and not knowing how long should I waited after. Thank goodness I am also able to speak in Mandarin and Cantonese, then I called again to look for Mandarin services, she is able to understand and said will get back to me. Then the next day I received an email indicated was the airline refused to make changes but cancelled only. No guarantee if I could get on the flight in this case And I have to pay for a certain cancellation fee ($2000 + 590) and that’s not included the fee that airline charges your company and I have to responsible for it and asked me please note. I am losing all my patience and confidence to your company. For The voice-log of both dialogue is being recorded and every words are marked, I am sure your side also has it as well, please check. I am in a deep concern for this situation, it makes me feels like your company is using a system that with rule protected in this unfair situation. I would here directly ask for the one I’m able to talk to, the one who understand what I’m asking for. Furthermore, I request strictly escalate the case to the duty officer/in charge. Your company ‘s system error not only causing disappointment, it also could cause significant impact on the credibility of your business partners, New Zealand airline in this case which I will also cc this whole email to their customer services and management department to let them to aware of what had happened. And if I don’t get a reasonable reply and full refund In this case, I will consider to inform all of gotogate business partners who are advertising on their portal on such harmful business practice to make money out of customer by taking advantage of creating enormous unreasonable administrative charges. Also, I think the public should also knows about and I will take action to report to the press and social media as well and I definitely will go to Consumer Council in Hong Kong , Hong Kong Police and also contacted adviser from European Commission for legal advise and action . Best Regards, Joanne any updates? 我的案例是五月中旬訂的機票,已無法考證到底是網頁輸入系統問題還是自己手誤,發生姓名置反的錯誤。等到登機當下完全無法使用該機票(因為涉及兩家航空公司的聯航、網路第三方訂票,航空地勤完全無法處理),只好重買機票。 現在正在接洽 gotogate 的客服,要求他們跟航空公司退還此未使用機票的機場稅。 花錢買教訓!以後購買機票還是找航空公司直接訂,或者是有信任度的旅行社吧!

最後是直接花費改名嗎? 今年初也有同夥的人跟gotogate訂機票,因航空公司取消航班,打電話客服是可以打通的(多打幾次),接洽的客服是印度腔英語,最後請求改票有完成,只是等到快兩週了XD
